Unfortunately it only leads to the toilet. The guys are clearly out of shape for that sort of thing so the vent is even wider than Hollywood standards.

Adrenaline Makeover: Matsumoto, who over the years has grown out a beard and switched from shaving to dyeing his hair into blonde spikes, and even built up some legit muscle mass. Admiring the Abomination: Every now and then the guys, Matsumoto in particular, stop to marvel at some of the overly elaborate apparatus involved in their challenges despite what the thing was intended for. Suga also makes appearances in these episodes to comfort the women after Heipo screws up the dates. 
One series for example focuses on Heipo going out on dates with different women (one is Ayako Nishikawa) and seeking advice from the regular cast.
This also occurs in some of the regular episodes. A Day in the Limelight: The special episodes often feature people that are not members of Gaki no Tsukai per se, such as stage director Heipo, producer Nakamura and producer Kenji Suga. (Mizuki is an anime/tokusatsu singer best known for singing the opening theme of Mazinger Z.) Adam Westing: Ichiro Mizuki's appearances in the Batsu games tend to revolve around him gleefully indulging in this. (To date, this has been executed via single strikes on the buttocks with a weapon - one which does not change mid-game. Whenever someone does laugh, and he is caught by A Watcher, the announcer of the game will declare that person as having just become "out" (ア ウ ト or a-u-to in Katakana) immediately afterwards, the appropriate number of "hang-men" will come out to mete the rule breaker's punishment. The premise of each "No Laughing"-punishment game is, the losing members of the cast have to endure many compromising, absurd, generally ridiculous situations for a long period of time (up to 24-hours, thus far) but must refrain from laughing at any of them. The "No Laughing" Batsu Game itself (broadcast annually during the New Year's Holiday) was first introduced in 2003. Perhaps the best known Gaki no Tsukai episodes are those dealing with batsu games, or punishment games, in which one or more of the cast members are subjected to after losing bets, major competition, or physical challenges.
